Maker Faire Kansas City

By June 27, 2016General

Make48 consists of inventors and innovators around the world who come together out of their passion for creating new products. It is so great to see what comes out of the 48 hours! Seeing people come together and share their interest in technology and invention is a sight to see. This is also why we love going to Maker Faires around the nation. This past weekend Make48 had a booth at Maker Faire here in Kansas City.

We were able to tell makers and hackers what Make48 is like and how to apply for the next competition in October. The Make48 founding team also spoke on a panel Saturday to share how incredible the event in Washington D.C. was and how people can get involved. Our local competitions have always had a great turnout, and this October will be no different.

Maker Faire is a great experience for any inventor, startup, and creator. You not only get to network with people from all around the nation, but also see what people are creating these days. See you next year Maker Faire KC!

Don’t forget to submit your team for the next Make48 competition here in Kansas City! It will be October 28th-30th at the Art Institute.
