This trio has known each other since they were in Boy Scouts! Meet Jackie, Palmer and Shad, long-time buddies from Mississippi who were excited to tackle the Make48 challenge.

What made you want to be a part of Make48?

To make a difference in society and network with like-minded people.

What was it like working as a team? Was it what you expected?

Working as a team is what makes everything fun and yes, it was what our team was expecting.

How did you go about putting your team together?

We put our team together when we were babies.

What advantages did each of you bring to the team?

I brought Make48 to the team, Palmer creativity to the team and Shad brought putting everything together.

What was the most difficult part of the competition? What came easier for your team?

Most difficult about the competition was when it was Showtime. We got roadblocked when we couldn’t make our prototype on site. The easiest part was talking to the other teams!

Looking back, anything you would’ve done differently?

Overall what was the best part of the Make48 experience?

Networking with the creators, mentors, and judges of the competition.

This is a great idea. Sad that they did not make the cut. But as I said this is a great item. Maybe in the future they could arrange agreements with the NFL and the NCAA to market this item with the team logos. If they could do this I am sure they would sell like (as they say) hotcakes for the sporting fans. If this item is now for sale I would be very interested in buying some for my self and a few of my family and friends.
