Meet The Teams Competing at North Little Rock's 48 Hour Competition

Next month, the city of North Little Rock will host the 2-day Make48 competition! Teams from around the state of Arkansas will work with a group of woodworkers, metal workers, CAD designers, industry experts and many more at the AR Innovation HUB at Winrock International. Meet the students, educators, engineers, makers, and friends who will come together and collaborate for a chance to win $2,000 and a seat at Nationals!





The Treble Makers are Isaac, Harrison and Henry.


The trio attend school at EStem High School.


They are very interested in competing because they enjoy making things in their free time and it gives them a good opportunity to further practice.







BruWin are a team of students and teacher from the pre-engineering and Robotics program at Pulaski Academy in Little Rock.


They're looking forward to inventing something awesome for the community!







Team Green and Gold are business students at Philander Smith College who have a shared interest in entrepreneurship.


Meet Jamondra, Chigozie, and Takiyah!









Fast and Curious team is composed of creative minds.


Xiomara, Noah, Conner, and Naseir enjoy spending time together at their STEAM Lab.


They want to participate in the competition to encourage their students and let them know that no challenge is too great!











WWMD is a diverse, innovative team with experience all across the board.

Finding It is a team of high school teachers that come from diverse backgrounds.


Jason, Wes, and Aaron hope to use all of their unique skillsets to develop creative and effective solutions.











Team Wildfire consist of team members Kimberly, Joshua, and David.


They met through FIRST robotics and are excited about this opportunity to bring their collateral ideas back (together) and work in a new way.











Pulaski Tech Titans represents the comprehensive scope of UA-PTC.

Their team includes a mechanical/industrial engineer (Shaun), 3-dimensional artist (David), and student (David).


Faculty from a wide variety of disciplines support, collaborate, and educate students in a safe and welcoming environment.


This team represents the essence of UA-PTC's impact.
