Kansas City, MO – [October 15, 2024] – New Make48 episodes will be available on Roku beginning Wednesday, October 30. This month, The Delta School event follows 7 teams of students and teachers at a unique school in the Mississippi Delta. The episodes will debut on Wednesday, October 30th, 2024, at 9 pm EST/8 pm CST.
The Delta School hosted the second event of Season 8 in 2024 in Wilson, Arkansas. E-Z-GO, an innovator in the design and manufacturing of golf carts and personal transport vehicles, set the challenge. Teams had to devise innovative solutions for gardening using their golf carts. Ideas ranged from hose carrying and irrigation systems to towing devices, all designed to retrofit seamlessly onto existing E-Z-GO carts.
“Bringing Make48 to the region was one of the most impactful experiences for students and teachers in the Delta,” said Andrew Podoll (school director). “The amount of joy and community involvement within the event was a game changer for igniting new educational partnerships across Northeast Arkansas. We hold so much gratitude for the opportunity to participate with Make48.”
Episodes will air on This Old House Makers Channel, a premier destination for makers and DIY enthusiasts, providing an ideal platform to showcase this inspiring collaboration. Roku is a leading streaming platform that offers a wide variety of movies, TV shows, and other content.
